We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

Payment must be received before we dispatch your order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Some items may be non-returnable as specified in our FAQ.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified. We provide a 2-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranties.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TREEB ELECTRONICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
